Beliefs, Opinions and Ideas

Seeking Help From God

People who are full of their own beliefs, opinions and ideas

Often create much deception and fears

That are specifically designed to lead us astray

And keep us from living in the proper way;

Bringing much disharmony and divisions

Causing us to make the wrong decisions

Leading to a world of heartbreak and pain

And bringing feelings of guilt and shame;

Also bringing much oppression and confusion

And much spiritual darkness and disillusion.

But when we become humble enough to admit to God

That we need His help and cannot work things out on our own

We can approach His royal throne.

And when we become united in this humility

God gives us much greater power and ability

To do things that we never could do

Because he is there to help us all the way through;

Eventually helping us to win

Over our many temptations to fall into sin.

He also gives us the ability to live in harmony with him and each other

And to love one another as sister and brother

This is all that God needs to build a strong and united church

That will bring his love and healing to the people of the earth.
